Return&Refund Policy
In order to give customers a good shopping experience, if you are not satisfied with the purchase you received, you can contact us at service@menclobber.co to send detailed information about your order number, and we will deal with related issues such as return payment as soon as possible. Please note that if the item crashes during transportation, we will bear the shipping cost. However, if there are no problems with the returned goods, you will need to pay for shipping.
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return order, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
For returned items or items that need to be exchanged, we will process the solution within 1-3 working days after receiving your item.
After this time, the refund time is as follows:

Credit card refund: between 48-72 hours
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Replacements (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at service@menclobber.co and send your item to our warehouse.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

When will I receive my items after I place an order?
There are three key factors that will decide when you will receive your items.

2) Items in stock will be shipped from our warehouse within 1-3 working days. Normally non-custom items need processing time, and you can check it from the product page.
3) Some unavoidable reasons:
We will ship out the item according to your requests, but we can not assure you exactly how many days you can receive this item. There are many factors that may cause the delay of your item, e.g. holiday season, bad weather conditions, strikes as well as war, etc.
Shipment Schedule
Packages will be dispatched from our warehouse within 1-3 working days after the order is placed. At the same time, an informed e-mail will be there in your e-mail box once the parcel is out. The tracking number inside is to trace the timely status of parcel.
Usually, it may take Normally 5-14 Business Days for the parcel to arrive in most countries or your place.
